If users tell us that they do not wish to have this Personal Information used as a basis for further contact, we will respect those wishes.

If you apply for a job with us, we will collect additional information in connection with your application. By applying for a tutor position with us, you agree to our collection of additional information which may include:

• Name and contact information;

• Resume, CV, cover letter, work experience, and education information;

• Skills and licenses;

• Reference-related information; and

• Any other information that is publicly available or that you elect to provide to us, relating to your candidacy.

Such information may be collected from you directly, from your references, from a recruiter, and from your places of education. Only parents or guardians may sign up for tutoring for their children under the age of 18 years. We will reject any applications that are not submitted by the parents or guardians. All new users must read and accept this Privacy Policy, and our Terms and Conditions before registering an account.

We may collect the Personal Information described above about children under 18 years from parents during the registration process, including demographic information about the child (e.g., age, location, etc.) to improve the functionality of the website, and provide our Services. If you choose to have your child’s Personal Information deleted, your child will no longer have an account with Tutocracy and will no longer be able to use our services.
